What we collect and why
We collect your name, business name, email, business URL, selected plan, acceptance of the service terms and the time of your request to arrange and manage your subscription. Stripe collects billing details and payment information on its hosted checkout. We store payment references and subscription status, not full card details. Contact emails are handled through Google Workspace.
Processing and providers
We use your data to take steps at your request before a contract, perform the service, meet record-keeping duties and protect against misuse. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and records. Stripe processes payments and customer-portal access. These providers may process data internationally under their applicable safeguards. Their own privacy notices also apply to their services.
Retention and access
Access is limited to the people who need it to administer your request or deliver the service. We retain contract and billing records for applicable legal periods. Abandoned requests are reviewed for deletion within 90 days. Operational information is kept only as needed for the service, resolving issues and legal duties. We do not sell your contact information or automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable by emailing neatreach@sunventum.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent authority. Do not send customer records or sensitive personal information in the initial form.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising pixels or analytics scripts are added to this website. The hosting platform may use technical cookies and access logs, including for owner sign-in. Stripe applies its own technical and security measures on its checkout and portal.
